Healing Hands serves to bridge the gap between the body, mind, and spirit of those afflicted with HIV/AIDS through massage therapy. It is our purpose to facilitate healing through the (re)introduction of touch in a safe, loving, and nurturing environment.

We operate as a non-profit entity and are pairing up existing organizations and schools to complete our mission. It is our belief that by pairing massage therapists, massage therapy students, and local agencies that help serve HIV/AIDS patients an invaluable connection is created providing a pathway to more healing.

Western medicine has brought about great strides in the medicinal treatment of the virus, and the social services agencies have done well covering most other aspects. Healing Hands was created to fill that void which we as humans need the most-human touch.

It is through our work as massage therapists with those afflicted that we can foster the human connection with our clients, thereby helping to facilitate healing and self-love, against which HIV/AIDS loses its’ power.

We will expand our scope further by reaching out to any and all communities we can. By the year's end, we will be providing services to HIV/AIDS clients as well as domestic violence shelters, rape shelters, homeless shelters, childrens shelters, drug and alcohol shelters and anyone else we can reach. Our goal as massage therapists is to provide massage therapy to those who need it most-all human kind.
